My favourite property in Zermatt. The staff were excellent and amicable and the location was marvellous near station.

The restaurant was really nice, with hot dishes.

Pretty standard hotel, staff were absolutely kind and rooms were beautifully designed. They had an easy check-in.

Fairly clean place with magnificent view of the mountain.

Overall had very nice stay in another hotel which is far from my stay...

Unbeatable location, perfect bed, luxurious bathroom. Breakfast had lots of food, including outstanding cheese, sausages, breads, fresh fruit and meats. Very specious room, very specious. There was a delightful restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

Super buper location, cozy room, EXCEPTIONALLY KIND staff, I loved it. They made my stay very comfortable.

Took a walk around city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel. Got brand new room with stunning view. Very cordial staff, answered all questions.

fine for family. we liked hotel's views and rooms. interesting place for skiing. also, a unique museum access was convenient, within 10 minutes walk.

It offers good prices. Apartment included a sofa bed, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi.

Restaurant Matterhorn is an easy walk to the hotel. In general, the property was very clean.
